Enquiries and appointment requests

We collect the name, email address, phone number, postcode, chosen service and project details you submit so we can answer your request and arrange the work you ask about. Appointment requests also include your preferred date and time. Submitting a request does not create a paid agreement.

Requests are stored securely with our website hosting provider and can be accessed by authorised SCA staff. We use limited security information to prevent spam and protect the form. We do not use your request to sign you up for marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, withdraw your permission for follow-up, or ask for a copy of the information we hold. We retain enquiry information only as needed to deal with the request and any resulting work or record-keeping requirements.
